Work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver CNA, skilled nursing, and rehab at home.
Assist clients to remain at home with medical care.
Per diem scheduling with on-call clinical manager support.

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of Home Health Aide/CNA experience.
Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
Criminal background check completed.
Meet all state requirements.
