Provide home health visits to adult/geriatric clients in Davidson & Randolph NC.
Work with a multidisciplinary team delivering CNA, skilled nursing, rehab at home.
Follow care plans to help clients remain at home.
CNA duties: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, transfers, vital signs.

🎯 Requirements

Have at least one year of work experience as Home Health Aide/CNA.
Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
Demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
Have a criminal background check completed.
Meet all state requirements.
