Provide home health visits to adults and seniors in Davidson and Randolph counties, NC
Be integral to a multi-disciplinary team delivering CNA and nursing care
Support patients at home to remain independent and safe
Perform bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
Assist with transfers and use of lifting devices
Monitor vital signs and assist with ambulation

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of Home Health Aide/CNA experience
Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry
Read, write, and communicate in English
Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
Criminal background check completed
Meet all state requirements
