📋 Description

• Provide hospice home visits to clients in Middlesex County.
• 1:1 patient ratio and comprehensive care in home setting.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary care team.
• Prior hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

🎯 Requirements

• Active NJ Certified Home Health Aide in good standing.
• At least one year of work experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
