- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide home-based palliative care.
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio for individualized attention.

- Prior hospice experience preferred, but not required.

- Active NJ CHHA license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
- Criminal background check completed.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
