📋 Description

• Provide unbiased, holistic financial and tax guidance to employees remotely.
• Support coverage across shifts 7 AM–11 PM ET Mon–Fri and 9 AM–4 PM ET Sat.
• Engage clients via video, chat, and email on budgeting, retirement, equity, taxes.
• Advise on LearnLux methodology to adapt to changing financial environments.
• Collaborate in weekly team meetings to improve the digital experience.
• Become an expert on client benefit plans for open enrollment.

🎯 Requirements

• CFP® designation.
• Passion for educating individuals to invest in their financial future.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take direction from multiple team members.
• Initiative and execution mindset.
• Experience in retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, taxes.
• Nice-to-have: CPA/EA, credit counseling, fintech startup exp, bilingual Spanish, public speaking.
