📋 Description

• Follow a RN-created care plan to provide personal care.
• Deliver ADL support, homemaker tasks, and companionship.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and meal prep.
• Support light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Monitor client health and report changes to RN.

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Have completed a CNA training course and be certified.
• A passion for caregiving, private home care, and helping others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
