Support project testing and submission schedules with cellular carriers
Triage and track customer issues with design and test teams as needed
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot customer issues
Prepare and configure test samples, complete submission documentation, and report project status
Develop and maintain automated tools, scripts, and build processes

🎯 Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects
Experience with software development, programming, or scripting
Experience with cellular wireless products is a strong asset
