🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting with outbound sourcing for high-growth tech/med device/SaaS roles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
- Expert in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse ATS.
- Strong organizational and project management; handle 10+ requisitions.
- Ability to influence senior-level hiring managers with data-driven strategy.
- Experience in rapidly scaling startups; Med Device/AI/Engineering a plus.
