🎯 Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
  • Expert in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse ATS.
  • Strong organizational and project management; handle 10+ requisitions.
  • Ability to influence senior-level hiring managers with data-driven strategy.
  • Experience in rapidly scaling startups; Med Device/AI/Engineering a plus.
