FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Build and own scalable FP&A framework for growth
• Improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility
• Deliver insights, scenarios, and trade-offs to senior leaders
• Strengthen cross-functional financial partnerships across teams
• Partner with accounting to optimize close and BVA processes
• Elevate executive and Board-level reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance; med tech a plus
• High-growth/public company experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
• Experience improving FP&A processes; NetSuite a plus
• Excellent communication translating data into insights
