📋 Description

• Launch hospitals and grow install base.
• Deliver clinical education to physicians and staff.
• Travel ~60% (3 days/week); based in-region.
• Drive product introductions at existing customers.
• Build advocacy using hospital data to validate interest.
• Manage upgrades and deployments with PM skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 yrs critical care sales or 5 yrs med device/pharma sales, or RN with exp.
• Excellent communicator; strong relationship builder.
• Ability to assess stakeholder needs; cross-functional.
• Confident to challenge status quo; influence change.
• Driven and coachable; open to feedback and growth.
• Bonus: startup experience or neuro ICU exposure.
