- 3-5 years of critical care sales OR 5 years medical device/pharma sales OR RN with industry exp.
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, creative problem-solver; highly organized.
- Ability to assess stakeholder needs; plan cross-functional agendas.
- Confident to challenge status quo and influence change through consensus.
- Driven and coachable; open to feedback and applying new skills.
- Grit and integrity; bonus: startup or disruptive tech experience.
