📋 Description

• Launch hospitals and grow install base within customers
• Provide ongoing medical education to physicians and staff
• Travel ~60% (3 days/week); region-based, no remote
• Drive new product introductions at existing customers
• Build advocates within facilities using hospital data
• Develop a qualified lead funnel and manage new launches

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 yrs critical care sales OR 5 yrs medical device/pharma sales
• RN with industry experience also considered
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Highly organized; strong problem solver
• Assess stakeholder needs; cross-functional alignment
• Driven and coachable; startup or neuro ICU a plus
