- Own day-to-day management translating strategy into operations across regulated activities.

π― Requirements
- Proven executive leadership in regulated banking/financial services.
- Experience with a CBOB-licensed entity or familiarity with CBOB approach.
- Strong knowledge of Bahamas regulatory framework, licensing, prudential standards.
- Experience managing relations with central banks/regulators, incl supervisory matters.
- Practical understanding of banking operations across deposits, payments, FX, and cards.
- Experience overseeing outsourcing/intra-group governance and third-party oversight.
