Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

📋 Description

• Provide in-home care to a paraplegic client in Grandville, MI.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ADLs to promote independence.
• Support client with PT goals and therapy routines at home.
• Deliver compassionate, structured, and respectful care.
• Work one-on-one in a private home setting.
• Follow client's plan of care and care policies.

🎯 Requirements

• CNA, HHA or equivalent in-home care experience
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients
• Valid Driver's License
• Current CPR Certification
• Clear Background Check
• Negative TB Test Results
