🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
💵 Pay Range: $18–$20/hour

At Centria Healthcare, we provide private duty nurses and home health aides to support pediatric and adult patients who need medical care in the comfort of their homes — proudly serving families across Michigan.

We’re seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people to support our clinical and field-based teams through the onboarding process.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Coordinate new hire paperwork and credentialing requirements
• Communicate with healthcare professionals about licensing, certifications, and training
• Track compliance with state, federal, and payor regulations
• Assist with audits and maintain up-to-date personnel records
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal teams and external partners

💼 What will help you succeed:

• Background in HR, recruiting, customer service, or healthcare administration
• Familiarity with compliance processes or medical terminology
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Clear communication and a proactive, problem-solving approach
