📋 Description

  • Analyze digital marketing data to identify cost-efficient lead-gen.
  • Own funnel reporting: lead volume, CPA, conversion, CAC.
  • Evaluate retention, churn risk, and lifetime value.
  • Pull data from Salesforce and other CRMs for pipeline trends.
  • Build dashboards in Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Provide summaries and recommendations on spend and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years as a data analyst focused on marketing, sales, or revenue analytics.
  • Healthcare/payor markets or multi-location service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with API connections, marketing attribution tools, or call-tracking.
  • Understanding of predictive analytics for customer acquisition, forecasting, or churn.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI; Salesforce experience.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

🎁 Benefits

  • Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 annually.
  • Office hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:00pm.
