- Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Michigan
- Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or long-term care preferred
- Experience with pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Paraplegia-related care knowledge (skin, mobility, respiration)
- Compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
