Offer emotional support and companionship; collaborate with family and medical team.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed RN or LPN in Michigan.
Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or long-term care preferred.
Experience with tracheotomy and ventilator care (pediatric positions).
Knowledge of paraplegia-related care, including skin integrity, mobility, and respiratory support, is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
