Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

Job SummaryCentria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
- Day, night, and weekend shifts
- Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Qualifications- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
- Adults with complex medical needs
