Provide full medication management and off-site patient support.
Assist with prior authorizations, financial aid, onboarding and refills.
Educate patients on hospital pharmacy services and care.
Handle patient medication needs and adherence, including renewals.
Resolve insurance issues; conduct benefit investigations and PA.
Document patient data in EMR (Therigy and Shields' tools) and protect confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

State-registered Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred but not required.
Commit to obtaining required licensure within timeframe.
2-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience; 3-5 years preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong interpersonal and phone skills; proficient in Excel and Word.
Ability to learn Shields' tools and maintain confidentiality.
