  • Lead compensation and total rewards aligned with Life.Church mission.

  • Self-motivate and problem solving with innovation.
  • Strong multitasking and time management under deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong leadership and ability to develop others.
  • 7+ years of HR or People Ops experience.
  • SHRM SCP/CP or PHR/SPHR preferred.
