  • Provide exceptional customer service within a defined operations function
  • Perform day-to-day operations tasks and process critical functions
  • Support branches by reviewing and documenting bank procedures

  • Assist in disaster recovery/business continuity testing and problem solving
  • Contribute to process improvements and issue resolution

  • H.S. Diploma required; equivalent combo of education/experience considered
  • 0โ€“2 years clerical/bank/client service experience in retail banking or operations
  • Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new technologies
  • Knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations
