  • On-site liaison across Operations, Customer Experience, and Brand Communications.
  • Maintain on-the-floor visibility into daily warehouse operations.
  • Translate operational updates into clear communications for customer/brand teams.
  • Partner with Customer Experience to support issue resolution with context.
  • Communicate with brand partners on scheduling, delivery, and inventory issues.
  • Produce concise reporting on risks and cross-functional issues.

  • Must be 21+ to work in cannabis industry
  • 2+ years Customer Service experience
  • 2+ years Last-mile distribution and logistics experience
  • Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, and twist
