- De-escalate calls and address first-level complaints and appeals
- Attend on-site interview and complete assessment at Buffalo office
๐ฏ Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Some computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Quick learner of proprietary systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and problem-solving
- Fast-paced call center experience (nice to have)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred (nice to have)
