🎯 Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Trainer in sales/BPO (min 1 year)
- Associate degree in education, business, or related field (preferred)
- Sales certification or training accreditation is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written skills with PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to manage full training cycle (in-person & web)
