Accountable for ongoing facilitation and mastery of call center training programs.
Provide product knowledge, sales closing techniques, and systems training.
Coach and mentor agents; ensure alignment with business goals.
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and development gaps.
Monitor knowledge transfer from training to productivity to hit performance targets.

🎯 Requirements

Experience as a Sales Trainer in sales/BPO (min 1 year)
Associate degree in education, business, or related field (preferred)
Sales certification or training accreditation is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written skills with PowerPoint presentations
Ability to manage full training cycle (in-person & web)
