📋 Description

• Oversee overall operations of the PACE center.
• Build a joyful, service-oriented center environment.
• Lead a care team to deliver in-center and home services.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory standards compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and partners.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff; coordinate workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in management in healthcare.
• Experience with Senior Care/elderly population preferred.
• Experience in clinical or caregiver roles preferred.
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred.
• California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
