Center Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee overall operations of the PACE center.
• Lead a service-oriented operation and a joyful center culture.
• Coordinate nutrition, engagement, personal care, and front desk operations.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff; ensure clear and effective workflows.
• Coordinate participant needs across PACE Center, home, and outside services.
• Plan and facilitate IDT and other participant-care meetings; document follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
• Experience with Senior Care Services and elderly population.
• Experience with nursing, social work, psychology, therapy, dietetics, gerontology.
• Minimum of three years supervisor/management experience in healthcare.
• At least one year experience working with frail or elderly.
• Proof of medical clearance and up-to-date immunizations.
