Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians.

Engage parents during on-site training sessions to drive progress.
Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Clinical Directors and teams to uphold clinical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
In-center, center-based ABA therapy experience.
Ability to supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
Proficiency with assent-based care and ABA principles.
Strong data collection, treatment planning, and data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication with parents and clinical team.
