🎯 Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Clinical leadership and mentorship experience.
Experience with assent-based care and skills-based treatment.
Data collection and data-driven decision making skills.
Collaborate with clinical team and families.
In-center ABA therapy experience.
