Working Student Junior Application Product Manager - Supply Chain

The Team:

The Celonis Supply Chain team is a young team of product enthusiasts that focuses on developing best-in-class Business Apps in the domain of Supply Chain. Business Apps are purpose-built solutions created for a specific line of business, addressing most impactful pain points in their respective domain. The apps are best practice examples of how Celonis is used in new, innovative ways that push the boundaries of our platform. The team has a great balance of technical skills to build solutions paired with a customer focus and product management mindset to create meaningful products widely adopted across our customer base.

The Role:

In this role, you will gain valuable experience in Supply Chain and related processes. You will act as a key support function, assisting the interface between customers, our Go-To-Market team, and our Product & Engineering teams to help shape the future of Celonis’ Business Apps in this domain. This is your chance to help rethink the way companies run their Supply Chain processes and support our customers in accelerating their value realization with Celonis.

The work you’ll do:

• Assist in working with customers to understand their pain points in Supply Chain.
• Get involved in all steps within the product development lifecycle, from ideation and product development to scaling solutions across Celonis customers.
• Use the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform hands-on to help develop new, innovative solutions in the area of Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with and support platform product managers and engineers to provide input on the feature development of the platform.
• Work together with our UX team to help define the user experience for our products.

The qualifications you need:

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• First practical experience in consulting, product management, or business analytics through internships or as a working student is a strong plus.
• A foundational understanding of data analysis and first experience with SQL; knowledge of Python or our own Process Query Language (PQL) is a plus.
• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a creative, solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle and an understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong self-motivation, good organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English; German is a plus.
