📋 Description

  • Provide 2nd level technical support for Celonis products.
  • Serve as a Technical Contact for Premier Customers.
  • Own complex cases from intake to resolution per ITSM KPIs.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues with customers and internal teams.
  • Contribute to RCA cycles to improve the knowledge base.
  • Prepare and deliver technical webcast sessions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related IT field.
  • 3+ years in technical support with international customers and SLAs.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification; additional ITIL is a plus.
  • AWS or Azure certification and/or Kubernetes/containerized environments experience.
  • Linux/Unix systems administration experience.
  • Proficient in Java or Python.
