📋 Description

  • Provide 2nd Level technical support for Celonis Systems & Products.
  • Interface with global customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Become a deep technical expert in Celonis infrastructure and SaaS.
  • Own complex incidents, following ITSM processes and KPIs.
  • Perform RCA to improve knowledge base and CSI cycles.
  • On-call rotation to ensure continuous global coverage.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT field.
  • 3+ years of proven technical support with international customers.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification; additional ITIL is a plus.
  • Cloud: AWS or Azure and Kubernetes/containerised environment.
  • Linux/Unix systems administration experience.
  • Coding in Java or Python; experience with SAP HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server.
