🎯 Requirements

• 15–20 years in senior tech leadership; CTO/Field CTO or EA leader.
• Strategic communication: proven track record presenting to C-suite with business value.
• Modernization expertise: Enterprise Modernization, EA methodologies, Agentic AI.
• Technical versatility: move from architecture diagrams to hands-on demos.
• Technical foundations: data architecture, APIs, cloud-native SaaS (Salesforce/ServiceNow).
• ERP/Domain: knowledge of SAP or Oracle or regulated industries.
• Education: MSc in Computer Science or related IT field.
• Global readiness: English fluent; other languages helpful.
