Develop models to characterize and predict cell aging and degradation.
Write test plans to parameterize cell models and validate accuracy.
Develop and maintain cell test databases and data pipelines.
Collaborate with BMS and vehicle-simulation teams to improve model accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

MS or PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or similar
Experience developing battery cell electrical models
Experience characterizing degradation of battery cells
Proficiency with MATLAB and Python
Experience with battery cell testing and data analysis
High-voltage battery design experience (EVs/aerospace) and Arbin cyclers familiarity
