Overview
Celigo is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for customers and internal teams. In this role, you will partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to create instructional materials, deliver live trainings, and maintain a library of resources.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training content for onboarding, product training, and ongoing education
- Deliver live trainings and host virtual sessions
- Maintain and organize a library of training resources and modules
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify learning needs
- Assess learning outcomes and iterate content based on feedback
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to translate complex product features into clear, actionable training
- Project management and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
