We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with our Sales team in driving both new customer acquisition and long-term value realization. In this strategic pre-sales role, you’ll help prospects understand how Celigo serves as the foundation for their integration, automation, and digital transformation strategies.We are currently looking for candidates based in PST or MST.
As the technical counterpart in the sales cycle, you’ll lead discovery, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-impact demonstrations that drive confidence and clarity. You’ll also help prospects evaluate how intelligent and agentic automation can unlock new efficiencies beyond traditional integration logic. You'll be instrumental in landing new logos while laying the groundwork for expanded adoption across APIs, integrations, EDI, and data pipelines.
What would you do if hired?
- Lead technical discovery sessions and design scalable integration, automation, and API-led solutions aligned to customer needs
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and solution deep-dives tailored to both technical and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Account Executives to shape winning strategies for new business and long-term account expansion
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating real-world use cases into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets, including demo environments, reusable templates, and technical collateral
- Contribute to the development of standardized integration patterns and repeatable architectures that scale across use cases
- Help customers understand the evolving role of AI and agentic behavior within integration, including when and how to apply intelligent automation
- Operate with autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally to support a high-performing, customer-focused sales motion
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Abilities
- Understanding APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).
- Skills in data mapping, ETL processes, and SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions tailored to client needs.
- Translating client business processes into technical requirements.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or enterprise software implementation
- Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and 3PL platforms
- Hands-on experience designing or deploying cloud integrations, APIs, or automation solutions
- Familiarity with integration and messaging protocols such as REST, SOAP, EDI (X12/EDIFACT), Webhooks, and FTP/SFTP
- Experience scoping and articulating solutions within complex sales cycles involving both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts to both IT and executive-level stakeholders
- Experience supporting consultative SaaS sales cycles, ideally with a platform or integration-focused product
- Exposure to API management platforms, data pipeline architecture, or EDI/B2B integration workflows
- Familiarity with business challenges in areas such as order orchestration, finance automation, inventory sync, or multi-channel commerce
- Experience developing standardized or repeatable solution architectures
- Understanding of how AI or intelligent automation can be applied in enterprise workflows, including practical limitations and guardrails
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $140,000 and $155,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
