Director, Product Enablement at Celigo

Celigo is seeking a results-oriented Director of Product Enablement to lead the design and execution of our product enablement strategy. You will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate complex product capabilities into compelling training, content, and programs that drive adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end product enablement programs, playbooks, and onboarding materials for internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Product to map roadmaps to enablement content and release notes.
• Lead content development across trainings, workshops, e-learning, and documentation; ensure knowledge is accessible in our knowledge base and LMS.
• Measure impact through metrics such as time-to-competency, win rates, and renewal outcomes; continuously optimize programs.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to craft messaging, ICP alignment, and competitive playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or sales enablement in a SaaS environment; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts into clear enablement content.
• Experience with LMS, content management, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Familiarity with Celigo's domain (cloud integration and iPaaS) is a plus.
