Main responsibilities Development and optimization of robust LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods for the quantitation of large and small molecule drugs and biomarkers in biological samples Contribution to clinical and non-clinical metabolite identification and profiling studies (structure elucidation and quantification)Design, planning and execution of complex bioanalytical assays using established and innovative procedures, applying scientific knowledge and acquired experience Our requirements Successfully completed study to master’s degree level in analytical chemistry, biochemistry or a related subjectA minimum of 3 years’ experience in method-development of LC-MS/MS methods and/or quantitative measurement of small molecules / peptides in complex matrices, preferably in a regulated environmentExperience in in vitro / in vivo metabolite identification is an advantagePractical experience in mass spectrometry (ideally SCIEX triple quadrupole and TTOF instruments), chromatographic techniques and in sample preparation (automation experience is an advantage)Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and GermanComprehensive attention to detail and ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams of study directors, quality assurance, and other personnelExcellent data analysis skills and ability to critically review data for scientific/technical quality and accuracyHigh degree of self-motivation, commitment, reliability and flexibility to provide superior service for our clientsThis job advertisement addresses experienced professionals with excellent technical and IT skills and with experience in LC-MS based bioanalysis.
