Celerion isincreasingour team of Research Nurses and invite applications to join the clinical conduct team at our Phase I clinical trial facility in Belfast, N. Ireland.

We are looking for aregistered nurse who would like to learn new skills in a clinical research setting workingon both patient and healthy adult clinical trials within a multi-disciplinary team. Full-time (37.5hr/week) positions areavailable.

The responsibilities include administering medication (including IV)or new drug delivery devices to study participants, collecting safety data such as vital signs, ECGs, cardiac monitoring, phlebotomy and safety monitoring of adverse events. Additional skills in respiratory medicine, particularly CF, COPD and asthma, would be desirable but training will be provided on all equipment used.

Full training on clinical researchnursing skills and Good Clinical Practice will be provided. Celerion will also provide training on phlebotomy, IV cannulation, IV dosing, ECGs and use of respiratory equipment where necessary. ILS training is provided annually and paid for by Celerion. NMC registration renewal fees are alsoeligible for reimbursement.
