What You’ll Do Here
Design, Document, Deploy, and Diagnose cloud and distributed client services and act as escalation support for internal customer service and operations teams
Experience We’re Looking For Cloud microservice structuring and deployment experience in AWS/Docker/Linux Design experience with service and database vertical and lateral scaling Service monitoring with CloudWatch, Elaticsearch Windows 10/11 UWP/MAUI app deployment and OS servicing model REST Based Web Services (managing both services and clients of services) Database-connected applications in .NET framework Familiarity with C#, Javascript, Python and whitebox debugging Testing of APIs using Postman, JMeter, Karate, Insomnia Gitflow and CI/CD environments servicing 24/7/365 application stacksDesired DockerSwarmKubernetesAWS, GCP, Azure MongoDB/NoSQL/LiteDB/DynamoDB Database Terraform infrastructure as code ControlTower well-architected framework The Type of Team Player We Need Excited and loves to understand complex software Proactive mindset - enjoys and exhibits a high-degree of ownership and initiative Experience working in a product company or product type software development experience Comfortable working in a small company, start-up, fast moving, ambitious environment Flexible mindset and able to deal with ambiguity Excellent communication - in person, on the phone, and in writing Comfortable communicating with a wide range of individuals - including customers, peers, juniors, and seniors and executives Intellectually curious, forward thinking, willing to suggest / try new technologies and creative approaches to problems Work in a small team and across development squads to monitor new software releases, configuration dependencies, and forecast operational difficulties
