Produce risk assessments for new and existing merchants
Provide advice to internal stakeholders on CDD matters for new and existing merchants
Ensure compliance with evolving CDD/EDD regulations and internal policies
Setup processes and monitor checks related to merchant onboarding
Evaluate and refine end-to-end merchant onboarding procedures

🎯 Requirements

4-8 years of risk/compliance experience
Detail-oriented with risk mitigation and internal controls (CDD/EDD/AML-CFT)
Operational experience with stakeholder management and onboarding ownership
Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple work streams
Strong communication and relationship-building across teams
Knowledge of the payments environment is a plus
