About the role:
At Causaly, we’re building a category-defining platform that transforms how researchers think, discover, and make decisions in biomedicine. We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant, Global Life Sciences to partner with Account Executives throughout the customer journey - helping prospective clients understand how Causaly’s technology can accelerate their research and deliver measurable value. As a core member of our Go-To-Market team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by providing scientific and technical expertise across all stages of the sales cycle - from first engagement to close. Working alongside our commercial team, you’ll design and showcase tailored solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and ensure each interaction reflects the power and credibility of Causaly’s product.
What you’ll be doing:
As part of Causaly’s Go-To-Market team, you’ll serve as both a scientific partner and a Causaly product expert - bridging cutting-edge science with commercial strategy. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our platform’s capabilities, becoming a go-to specialist for demonstrating how Causaly transforms research workflows and decision-making. You’ll work closely with prospective and existing customers to uncover their scientific challenges, design tailored solutions, and showcase how Causaly can accelerate discovery, de-risk projects, and deliver measurable value. As a trusted expert, you’ll articulate the scientific, operational, and business impact of our technology with authority and clarity, guiding customers from first engagement through successful adoption.
You will:
Engage at all stages of the sales process, from discovery to close, shaping tailored solutions that fit each customer’s research needs.
Deliver scientifically grounded product demonstrations that bring Causaly’s capabilities to life.
Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, compelling insights that resonate with R&D, Digital, and Business stakeholders - from bench scientists to senior leadership.
Support customers as they design and evolve their AI strategy and data ecosystem, positioning Causaly as a core enabler of evidence-based decision making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to accelerate adoption, ensure scientific credibility, and maximize customer value.
Represent Causaly at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
What we’re looking for:
PhD in Biomedical or Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Pharmacology, Neuroscience, or related field).
Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Experience and confidence delivering scientific presentations to diverse audiences.
Understanding of drug discovery and development processes and the tools commonly used in R&D.
Curiosity about how AI and data technologies are transforming research and decision-making in life sciences.
Ability to build credibility and trust with scientific and technical stakeholders.
A commercial and strategic mindset - comfortable thinking beyond the lab to understand customer priorities and business impact.
