  • Lead & develop the AE team across the US & UK.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a people manager within a sales organization.
  • Strong background selling to biotech and pharma mid-market and SMB.
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding team revenue targets.
  • Experience managing distributed international teams (US and UK preferred).
  • Strong executive communication and coaching skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and pipeline analytics.
