📋 Description

  • Lead SaaS/tech vendor negotiations; terms, SLAs, exit protections.
  • Run end-to-end RFX, supplier evaluations, bids.
  • Build cost models; present savings and efficiency insights.
  • Draft/negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs with Legal/Compliance.
  • Onboard vendors quickly while ensuring privacy/security.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, GTM/Sales, and HR on category plans.
  • Improve tools/processes; transition to Zip, intake-to-procure.
  • Track market trends, savings, cycle times, risk reduction.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement with indirect/tech SaaS.
  • Proven negotiator; 4+ years drafting/negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets; data storytelling; MS Office.
  • Experience with Coupa and/or Zip; Box AI workflows a plus.
  • Customer-service mindset with strong stakeholder management.
  • Organized multi-tasker; fast-paced, detail-oriented; strong business judgment.
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s/APICS a plus.
  • AI-first mindset; leverage data for faster decisions.
