🎯 Requirements

- Proven negotiator with 4+ years drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets; data storytelling; Google or Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with Coupa/Zip; familiarity with Box and AI workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management; independent and collaborative.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Procurement; Master’s a plus.
