Develop and maintain assortment; respond to customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

Negotiation and long-term category development experience.
Analytical, curious self-starter with solid decision making.
Ability to manage up and secure leadership buy-in.
7+ years in purchasing/merchandising or related role.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA a plus.
MS Office and Google Workspace; SAP/Asana/Tableau a plus.
