Freelance Tech Recruiter - Brazil

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles, incl. FE/BE engineers.
• Source Brazil-based talent open to relocating to Lisbon.
• Build and manage talent pipelines via proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals).
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive hiring decisions.
• Pre-qualify candidates on relocation motivation and readiness.
• Deliver a high-quality, transparent candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting engineers in fast-growing tech.
• Strong background in tech recruiting for online marketplaces, fintech, or product-led orgs.
• Deep understanding of Brazil's tech market; strong São Paulo network.
• Hands-on relocation support experience for candidates.
• Proficient in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Fluent in English; comfortable as a freelance recruiter.
