📋 Description

• Evaluate submissions: review item descriptions and images; provide expert value estimates.
• Curate auctions: approve and edit listings to create compelling weekly fashion auctions.
• Build seller relationships: engage with sellers in Europe, guiding strong listings.
• Expand the market: identify and onboard new high-quality sellers via networks and fashion events.
• Ensure quality & compliance: maintain transparency, authenticity, and trust across listings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: support Customer Service; partner with Marketing & Sales; grow presence in Japan.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of fashion, especially clothing/shoes; men's fashion is a plus.
• Ability to detect authentic vs counterfeit items.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Team player in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills with an analytical mindset for auction results.
