📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-4 years direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation; Live Channels valued.
  • Professional Mandarin and English speaking/writing; strong communication.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to switch between channels (phone and e‑mail).
  • Available to work 40 hours per week.
  • Willing to commute to Lisbon and work in office at least 2 days per week.
